Located on the north-west fringe of Hyderabad, Kukatpally is one of the major residential and commercial suburbs in Hyderabad. It has the highest density of population in the entire state and houses Kukatpally Housing Board (KPHB) – Asia’s biggest township.
Kukatpally as a location enjoys an advantage of being in close proximity to the IT corridor, the Industrial areas such as, Balanagar, Jeedimetla, Bolaram and Patancheru and the national Highways - NH 9 and NH 7. JNTU – HITECH City road has many ambitious residential and commercial projects proposed. Malaysian Township dubbed as the largest residential colony in Asia is also on this road. It is the next preferred location for corporates in the IT corridor. It’s easy access to the city, IT corridor and the industrial areas make it a preferred commercial and residential destination.
